Who we are
This website and your personal data are managed by Sunflower English School (“the School”). Send any data questions to hello@sunflower-english.example.
What data we collect
Only what you enter in our forms: name, phone, email (if given), the learner’s age group, preferred format and goal, and any comment. This site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
Why we use it
To contact you about a trial lesson, find a suitable group or teacher, and prepare a study agreement. The legal basis is your consent and steps prior to a contract.
How long we keep it
Requests that don’t lead to enrolment: up to 12 months. Student data: for the duration of study and 3 years afterwards.
Who we share it with
We never sell data. It is processed only by our staff and our form-hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) under contract.
Your rights
Under Ukraine’s Law “On Personal Data Protection” and the GDPR you may access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent. Email us and we’ll reply within 30 days.
Children
Requests for children under 14 must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
